Hello, I’m Clare. I’m an award-winning comedy maker living in Naarm/Melbourne.

I’ve worked in film and TV development in New York and Los Angeles. I trained under John Milhiser (Saturday Night Live) at Amy Poehler’s comedy school Upright Citizens Brigade.

Liz Lemon told me that I can do it, I can have it all, so here’s what I’m currently working on:

• I’m touring my hit live comedy show Jason Statham, I Love You and the highly anticipated sequel; Jason Statham, I Love You Too.
• I’m writing a TV show about two best friends who decide to have a baby together through sperm donation. The only problem? They both want to be The Cool Mum. (They could totally take the baby to the club, right?) The TV show is called Baby Girls.
• I’m writing a mockumentary about a dysfunctional group of theatre makers determined to make the best play in the world.
  The mockumentary is called The Best Play In The World.
• I’m writing a comedy show with composer Ned Dixon about European intergenerational family band The Broken Hill Family Band.
